Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced **B2B Sales Executive** with a strong background in the **HORECA sector**.

This role requires a proactive professional with leadership abilities, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive sales growth within Qatar’s hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement managers, F&B directors, chefs, and general managers
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior sales or support staff when required
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products/services from HTI’s portfolio
  • Conduct professional product presentations and client meetings in both Arabic and English
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Arabic nationality with fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in **B2B sales within the HORECA sector in Qatar**
  • Strong network within Qatar’s hospitality industry (especially hotels)
  • Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid **Qatar Driving License** (mandatory) with personal car.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with hospitality supply or distribution companies
  • Strong presentation and client pitching abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
