Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced **B2B Sales Executive** with a strong background in the **HORECA sector**.
This role requires a proactive professional with leadership abilities, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive sales growth within Qatar’s hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement managers, F&B directors, chefs, and general managers
- Lead, mentor, and support junior sales or support staff when required
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products/services from HTI’s portfolio
- Conduct professional product presentations and client meetings in both Arabic and English
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Arabic nationality with fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in **B2B sales within the HORECA sector in Qatar**
- Strong network within Qatar’s hospitality industry (especially hotels)
- Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid **Qatar Driving License** (mandatory) with personal car.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with hospitality supply or distribution companies
- Strong presentation and client pitching abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
