Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment.
- Refill and organize coffee supplies and ingredients.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support senior baristas in daily operations.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Previous barista experience is an advantage; training can be provided.
