The Inventory Controller supports daily inventory and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Conduct physical stock counts and inventory checks at warehouses and other locations.
- Ensure system records match actual physical stock.
- Prepare and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain effective inventory control.
Qualifications and skills
- Valid driving licence and own car.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
- Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in physical inventory counting and stock verification across multiple locations.
- Ability to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Understanding of stock control, inventory movement, and warehouse operations.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
