Coordinate daily production activities and interdepartmental work for furniture manufacturing and joinery projects.
Help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
Production coordination
- Coordinate daily joinery production schedules and workflow; monitor progress and timely order completion.
- Coordinate with factory supervisors, procurement, design, and installation teams.
- Review production orders, shop drawings, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Ensure materials and hardware are available before production begins.
- Track delays and bottlenecks, follow up on pending tasks, and maintain production records, reports, and order updates.
- Support quality control against approved specifications and help improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing errors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing.
- Good understanding of joinery production processes, materials, and hardware.
- Ability to read and understand furniture shop drawings.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production tracking systems.
- UAE joinery industry experience preferred.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; Dubai is listed as preferred.
