We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Flower Coordinator to join our team in KSA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging floral designs, handling customer orders, coordinating events, and ensuring high-quality presentation of floral products.

- Design and arrange floral bouquets and decorations for various occasions (weddings, events, corporate functions, etc.).
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate flower orders, deliveries, and event setup.
- Maintain flower inventory and ensure freshness and quality control.
- Work closely with suppliers to source flowers and materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Assist in pricing, quotations, and order processing.
- Support marketing initiatives (social media photos, promotions, etc.) if required.

- Must be currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Valid and transferable Iqama is required.
- Any nationality is welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in floral design or event coordination is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
- Basic knowledge of flower care and handling.
