Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Business Consultant with a strong background in PRO services and business setup in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through company formation, government processes, and compliance requirements while driving business growth through effective client handling and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Handle end-to-end company formation processes
- Manage PRO-related services including visa processing, trade license, renewals, and government approvals
- Coordinate with government authorities and free zones
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful business deals
- Provide accurate information on legal requirements, costs, and timelines
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- Female candidate (as per role requirement)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in PRO services and UAE business setup
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, visa processes, and licensing
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Currently based in the UAE
Preferred Skills
- Experience in client acquisition and sales conversion
- Strong network within PRO/business setup industry
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
