Carry out professional painting, surface preparation, finishing, and touch-up work across walls, ceilings, wood, metal, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.

Painting and finishing duties
- Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and other surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, filling cracks, applying putty, and applying primer.
- Finish wood surfaces through sanding, staining, varnishing, polishing, and painting.
- Prepare and paint metal surfaces, including rust removal, priming, enamel painting, and protective coatings.
- Use spray guns where required; apply paint with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix and match paints, colors, primers, thinners, stains, and coatings to meet the required finish.
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and corrective painting; deliver smooth, even finishes.
- Protect nearby floors, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and surfaces from paint damage.
- Maintain tools and materials and leave the work area clean and organized.
- Follow supervisor instructions, approved specifications, and quality standards.
Experience and skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant painting experience in building maintenance, facility management, construction, or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of painting materials and application methods; skilled in wall, wood, and metal painting.
- Knowledge of primer, putty, enamel, emulsion, varnish, lacquer, stain, and protective coatings.
- Ability to use brushes, rollers, sanding tools, and spray-painting equipment.
- Good color matching, finishing, attention to detail, and workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Wood and metal finishing experience is described as required/preferred, making its mandatory status unclear.
Workplace and pay
- Work location is in person.
- Pay starts at AED 1,600 per month.
Safety and housekeeping
Use appropriate PPE, follow company safety procedures, handle paints and solvents safely, and maintain proper housekeeping.
Take particular care when working at height or using spray equipment.
