The company seeks an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support employee affairs and administrative operations.
The role is with a building-materials trading company in the UAE.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE procedures.
- Experience with employee files, employment contracts, residency permits, work permits, payroll, and WPS.
- Ability to manage recruitment, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Preferred experience
- Experience in transport, contracting, or building-materials companies is preferred.
HR operations
- Assist the HR Manager with daily department operations.
- Follow up on attendance, leave, payroll, and employee entitlements.
- Oversee employee, driver, and worker files.
- Track renewals of residency permits, work permits, and employment contracts.
- Prepare periodic HR reports.
- Follow up on recruitment, hiring, and termination procedures.
- Coordinate with finance and operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor laws.
