Support accurate and timely financial registration of account activities, including recording, reconciling, and reporting outstanding customer accounts.
Administer settlements, adjustments, and cross-functional financial data to support revenue management.
Revenue accounting and operations
- Support accurate reconciliations, timely reporting, compliance with financial policies, and improvements to receivables management.
- Maintain receivable records and documentation to support timely, accurate payments.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices according to company policies and billing schedules; coordinate with departments to verify billing details.
- Support timely invoice generation for the finance team.
- Prepare revenue account settlements and submit reports to the manager for review and approval.
- Record and reconcile cash receipts, claims, unpaid invoices, and receivable adjustments; investigate outstanding amounts and discrepancies.
- Improve reconciliation accuracy, reduce outstanding receivables, and enhance reporting formats and analytical reviews for revenue-account monitoring.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience if holding a diploma; no bachelor's-degree experience threshold is stated.
