Opportunity

HTC Global Services is hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a one-year, extendable contract in Dubai, UAE.

The role is onsite.

Backend technologies

  • Strong expertise in Core Java, including OOP, multithreading, concurrency, collections, and JVM fundamentals.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and secure application development.

Frontend technologies

  • Deep knowledge of React.js, React Hooks, Redux, Context API, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Experience developing responsive, user-centric web applications.

Cloud and DevOps

  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, SNS, and SQS.
  • Experience with Docker containerization and cloud-native application deployment.

Databases and tools

  • Strong SQL development skills, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Proficiency with Git version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack applications using Java backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Design, deploy, and manage applications on AWS using cloud services including EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, SNS, and SQS.
  • Develop responsive, user-centric web applications.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, data models, and database performance.
  • Implement secure APIs and authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Use Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices for cloud-native application delivery.

Requirements
