IT Trainer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions for freshers, interns, and junior employees.
• Develop and deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs.
• Explain programming concepts, development tools, and IT technologies.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Mentor trainees and support them in resolving technical issues.
• Review trainee assignments, projects, and code.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and technical documentation.
• Keep training content current based on industry requirements.
• Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with technical teams on project and skill requirements.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and programming fundamentals.
• Good understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Knowledge of full-stack or web development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Good understanding of Linux or Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and software development practices.
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic software development concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred skills and background

• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred.
• Knowledge of React or other frontend technologies is preferred.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
• Knowledge of Generative AI or LLMs is advantageous.
• Experience with Docker or cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Previous technical training, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical industry experience and excellent technical or training skills may also be considered.

Pay

• Pay starts at ₹50,000 per month.

Work location

• The work location is in person in Bangalore.
