Responsibilities
- Execute vulnerability remediation and server/endpoint patching activities. Administer and secure Active Directory environments, including Tier 0/1 security controls. Support and monitor endpoint security platforms. Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI environments. Support VMware virtualization and NetApp storage infrastructure. Execute and document change management activities. Provide on-site data center support, hardware validation, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Support data center decommissioning and asset removal initiatives. Assist with workload migrations, testing, and validation activities. Provide on-site clinic support when physical access is required. Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
