Functional Support and Incident Management

• Provide L2/L3 functional troubleshooting for end-user issues during the trade lifecycle.
• Analyze and resolve transactional errors, master-data configuration mismatches and failed FTI workflows.
• Replicate production bugs in staging and document reproduction steps, logs and business impact before escalation.
• Acknowledge and resolve support tickets within defined SLA limits.
• Support platform workflows, resolve transactional blocks and translate changing trade policies into functional software updates.

Must-Have Experience and Knowledge

• 7–10 years of total IT experience and deep expertise in Finastra Trade Innovation and trade finance operations.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Finastra Trade Innovation experience; experience across two or more implementations or upgrades is ideal.
• Working knowledge of TI modules, including letters of credit, guarantees, collections, shipping guarantees, trade financing and bills discounting.
• Understand TI static data, customer and account setup, charges, tariffs, posting and accounting rules, workflows and user roles.
• Familiarity with integration options, including web services, message queues and file-based interfaces, and with corporate portals or channels.
• Strong grasp of documentary credits, guarantees, collections and trade financing product lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of the specified ICC rules and Incoterms 2020.
• Knowledge of SWIFT Category 4 and 7 messages and MT798; awareness of trade digitisation, MLETR and electronic bills of lading.
• English proficiency: C1 Advanced.

Advantage

• Knowledge of supply chain finance, including payables, receivables and invoice financing, is an advantage.
