- Experience supporting global engineering or manufacturing organizations.
- Exposure to Windchill upgrades, migrations, and system enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, preferably SAP.
- Understanding of CAD data governance, quality management, and engineering processes.
- Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies.
- Experience with CAD data migration and validation activities.
- Basic knowledge of PLM customization, reporting, or workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a multi-CAD environment supporting both PTC and Autodesk solutions.
- Understanding of CAD-to-PLM integrations and engineering data exchange processes.
