Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and account access issues.
  • Troubleshoot user problems across email, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff or external vendors promptly.
  • Assist with device setup, user onboarding, and routine system maintenance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, email, and common business applications.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and user access issues, with the ability to prioritize support requests and escalate complex technical problems when needed.
  • Experience using ticketing systems to track incidents, document resolutions, and manage support workflows effectively.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Outlook, Google Workspace, and core business applications.
  • Experience working with remote desktop software, Active Directory or Entra ID, VPN access, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience assisting non-technical end users with clear, effective communication.
  • Background supporting users in healthcare, legal, court, government, or language-services settings.
