What You’ll Do

- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and new technology rollouts.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, issues, and solutions.
- Ensure IT security policies are followed across all systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Basic understanding of networking and IT security.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
