Job Summary
HKSJ Pro Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and support daily IT operations.
The ideal candidate will help maintain company systems, ensure smooth technology performance, and provide timely support to staff and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Support users with email, printers, operating systems, and applications
- Monitor IT systems and ensure data security and system reliability
- Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and IT maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles
- Knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common IT tools
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
