Job responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and related devices; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
- Assist with email accounts, password resets, and system access; maintain equipment records, software inventories, and support documentation.
- Monitor IT systems and report technical issues to the IT Manager; assist with operating system, application, and antivirus installation and updates.
- Follow data security policies and procedures, coordinate with external IT providers when needed, and provide timely assistance for daily operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and email systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and support employees across departments.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,250–2,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
