Garment Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily garment production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Supervise production staff, supervisors, and operators.
- Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing, and packing processes.
- Maintain product quality and reduce production defects.
- Manage production schedules and workflow.
- Monitor raw materials, fabric, accessories, and inventory requirements.
- Control production costs and minimise material wastage.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, quality control, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare production reports, train and evaluate employees, and implement corrective actions.

Pay
- Pay range: QAR 2,500.00 to QAR 3,500.00 per month.
