Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, email, Microsoft 365, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and IT onboarding and offboarding requirements.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot biometric attendance devices and ensure accurate integration with the HRMS.
- Support HRMS-related issues in coordination with the HR team and system vendor.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, recording systems, remote viewing, and access control systems.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment allocation and returns, repairs, and warranty records.
- Assist with system updates, antivirus protection, data backup, cybersecurity, and IT policy compliance.
- Coordinate vendor maintenance, repairs, and technical escalations.
- Maintain support records and provide on-site assistance across group locations as required.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
- Practical knowledge of biometric attendance systems, HRMS integration, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person and includes on-site assistance across group locations as required.
