The posting seeks a professional, energetic, guest-focused Hostess or Captain in Jumeirah, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally engage guests.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocation.
- Handle telephone and online booking enquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to maximise table utilisation.
- Maintain the guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Support special occasions, VIP guests, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic speaker.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
