Supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to improve guest experiences and hotel operations.
Works on IT services across multiple properties in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
Responsibilities
- Support IT initiatives aligned with area, cluster, and corporate objectives.
- Monitor LAN and network server performance and manage upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance.
- Resolve personal computing, software application, and network connectivity issues; provide user training and support.
- Maintain IT infrastructure in line with Hilton Technology Network standards, certification requirements, and backup procedures.
- Assist with workstation and server refreshes and Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations.
- Partner with property management to maintain critical systems and minimize downtime.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate team members and support their development.
Minimum qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
