Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, convert leads, and close deals to drive revenue.
- Expand market coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain an accurate and updated customer database.
- Deliver consultative sales experiences, highlighting product features and customizations.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cezcon’s CRM, HRM, and related products.
- **Candidate must have 3+ years of sales experience in IT, networking, and security solutions within the UAE, with solid knowledge of access control, surveillance, firewall, email security, and IT infrastructure.**
- Knowledge of servers will be considered an added advantage.
- Record sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience in the UAE (B2B, corporate, or software sales preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Immediate joiners required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 6,000.00
- Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Performance-based bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets
