About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the KSA market.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Promote and sell system integration solutions including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, backup, CCTV, access control, and AMC services.
- Coordinate with presales and technical teams for solution designing and proposal preparation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and pending opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly GP and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payment collections and support finance team when required.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT sales or system integration sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and ELV solutions.
- Experience in handling corporate and SME accounts in the KSA market.
- Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and AMC services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
