IT Project Manager - (Saudi National Only)

Job Description

• Muller's Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven **IT Project Manager** to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Key Responsibilities* Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Track and report project performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth transition during project implementations.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• **Requirements**
• Education* Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration**, or a related field.
• Experience* **3–5 years of experience** in IT project management or related roles.
• Proven experience managing IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Technical & Professional Skills* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as **Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools**.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
