- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives and quality standards.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with extensive experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
- Key Responsibilities* Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, organizational policies, and quality requirements.
- Track and report project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Support change management and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new solutions.
- Foster collaboration and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education* Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Experience* Minimum **10 years of experience** in IT project management, with proven experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Experience working within **Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments**.
- Technical & Professional Skills* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience using project management tools such as **Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools**.
- Good understanding of the **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)**.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills* Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
