Lead delivery of technology projects from initiation through closure.
Coordinate business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to maintain alignment.
- Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor risks, resources, and project performance, escalating issues early.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and change requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT project management experience and a proven record managing the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and resource management skills.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- PMP certification preferred; experience with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
- Government or public sector experience is a plus.
