We are looking for a proactive and organized **IT Project Coordinator** to manage and support ongoing IT and low-current projects including CCTV, access control, networking, and automation systems.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, technicians, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple IT projects from start to completion
- Schedule site visits, installations, and maintenance work
- Communicate with clients for updates, approvals, and requirements
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and timelines
- Follow up with technicians and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage materials, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in IT/ELV project coordination (UAE preferred)
- Knowledge of **CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and Security Systems**
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
