IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
• Drive project execution across business, technology, vendors, and external stakeholders with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and project documentation
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations through effective communication and regular status reporting
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
• Facilitate project governance activities, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums
• Track project performance and implement corrective actions where required to maintain delivery commitments
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational policies
• Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and go-live activities
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience delivering IT projects within complex enterprise environments
• Proven hands-on project delivery experience with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build credibility and manage senior stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive project outcomes with limited oversight
• Experience managing enterprise applications, system implementations, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business projects
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Hands-on experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is preferred
• Experience within real estate, government, semi-government, or large enterprise organizations is advantageous
• Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days of accepting the offer.
