We are looking for a structured, proactive, and results-driven IT Project Manager who can plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–9 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Hybrid or flexible arrangements depending on project needs

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet objectives
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Communicate project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
• Maintain documentation including project plans, status reports, and timelines

Skills for This Role

• Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Risk management and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership and team coordination
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
• Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
