IT Project Coordinator (Arabic)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management experience, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities
• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure compliance with organizational and government project standards
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement coordination
• Track KPIs and generate project performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
• Proven local experience within Qatar, preferably with exposure to government sector projects
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)

Language Requirements

• Experience working with government entities in Qatar
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks within Qatar
