Qualifications

  • The Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, cloud operations, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
  • Experience troubleshooting operational issues using monitoring tools, logs, runbooks, and documented procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure RBAC, Active Directory, groups, and access-management concepts.
  • Practical experience using Terraform, Git, and existing Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
  • Ability to write or maintain operational scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, firewalls/NSGs, load balancing, and VPN/private connectivity.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, certificates/secrets, backup/restore, vulnerability remediation, and incident/change-management processes.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and escalation skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS, Application Insights, Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, Checkmk, Sumo Logic, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, VMware, NetApp, SFTP platforms, Jira, or ServiceNow is helpful but not required.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
  • Compensation
  • The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00-$100,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
