Qualifications

• The Requirements • Extensive workers’ compensation experience working for an Employer, Broker, Regulator or Insurer. • Extensive experience within the Western Australian workers’ compensation environment, including premium, policy, claims, injury management and regulatory principles. • A relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in a consulting, broking, employer, insurer or regulatory environment are desirable. • Detailed knowledge of the national workers’ compensation landscape and the ability to translate national developments into relevant Western Australian client and business strategies. • Able to identify key policy, premium, claims and injury management drivers and provide strategic leadership to improve client outcomes and reduce total cost of risk. • Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business, including strategy and operations • Demonstrate an understanding and awareness of the market, our competition and WTW’s value proposition to clients • Experience in leading teams to achieve results • A proven ability to organise, project manage, work well under pressure and balance competing priorities. • Demonstrate experience delivering services on time to ensure service and quality standards are met. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills. • Adaptable team player qualities with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
