IT Operations Director

Role Summary

IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Lead overall IT operations, infrastructure, and service management across the destination ecosystem
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of IT systems and networks
• Oversee data centers, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and end-user services
• Manage ITIL-based service delivery including incident, problem, and change management

Infrastructure & Smart Systems Management

• Oversee integration and operations of smart city technologies (IoT, BMS, surveillance, mobility systems)
• Ensure seamless connectivity across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public realms
• Manage telecommunications, network architecture, and enterprise security infrastructure

Digital Enablement & Transformation

• Drive operational excellence through automation, AI-enabled monitoring, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with digital and business teams to enable smart destination capabilities
• Support implementation of integrated platforms for asset management, facilities, and customer experience

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks across IT operations
• Implement governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with national regulations
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with strategic IT vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee SLA compliance and vendor performance management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across development, asset management, and operations teams

Leadership & Strategy

• Define IT operations strategy aligned with large-scale development objectives
• Lead and develop high-performing IT operations teams
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational reporting standards

Key Requirements

• Minimum
• 15+ years of experience in IT operations
• , with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in
• large-scale real estate development, smart city projects, giga projects, or integrated destinations
• Strong background in
• IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and operational technology (OT) integration
• Experience in
• hospitality, mixed-use developments, urban destinations, or infrastructure-heavy environments
• Deep knowledge of
• ITIL, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud platforms
• Strong stakeholder management experience in complex, multi-entity environments
• Experience working in
• fast-paced, development-driven organizations with multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or relevant certifications preferred
• Exposure to smart city platforms, IoT ecosystems, and integrated facility management systems
