• ERP & Business Applications
Manage and enhance ERP systems, document business processes, and ensure 100% user adoption of new features.
• Infrastructure & Connectivity
Oversee servers, networks, and hardware performance.
Ensure stable connectivity and robust backup protocols with minimal downtime.
• Support & Training
Lead daily IT operations, resolve service tickets within SLAs, and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
• Cybersecurity & Risk
Implement security measures, monitor threats, and maintain risk registers to ensure 100% compliance with security standards.
• Policy & Asset Management
- Develop IT SOPs, maintain accurate asset inventories (warranties/renewals), and manage vendor relationships.
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business goals, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget ( 5% variance).
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
- Certifications:
- Professional certification in Network Management and Application Development.
- Experience:
- 5 7 years in IT, with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Skills:
- Well-versed in computer operations, pragmatic problem-solving, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
