IT Operations and Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, computers, printers, and other company IT equipment.
- Administer ERP, SFA, payroll, attendance, and other business applications.
- Manage SAP Business One and coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on support and improvements.
- Manage Fortinet Firewall, security policies, updates, patches, and network security.
- Manage Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure, user access, backups, and related services.
- Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, servers, and critical IT systems.
Security, Support, and Continuity
- Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection measures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Manage accounts, email systems, permissions, access rights, and IT onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, backup plans, and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor backups and ensure business-critical information can be recovered when required.
Planning and Leadership
- Plan IT hardware, software, licenses, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure company equipment is assigned and controlled.
- Identify IT automation, digital transformation, and process improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and systems based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and other departments on technology needs.
- Manage external IT service providers and monitor agreed service levels.
- Prepare IT budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and supervise IT team members, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Report to management on IT operations, incidents, projects, risks, and system performance.
Requirements
- Ability to manage and support company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and business applications.
- Experience or capability managing SAP Business One and coordinating with vendors or implementation partners.
- Knowledge of firewall, network security, cybersecurity policies, access controls, endpoint security, and data protection.
- Ability to administer Microsoft Azure or cloud infrastructure, user access, and backups.
- Ability to lead and supervise IT team members and manage external service providers.
- Ability to manage IT procurement, licenses, assets, budgets, and vendor relationships.
