About This Role

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our dynamic IT team. Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all IT operations ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Manage the IT team, including performance management and professional development.
• Plan, implement, and maintain technology solutions that fulfill business needs.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data protection measures are upheld to the highest standards.
• Implement and manage IT budgets, monitoring for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by researching and introducing new technologies.
• Coordinate with departments to provide IT solutions that enhance workflows and productivity.
• Lead IT project management ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics, providing reports to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the IT department.
• Build and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or similar role.
• Proven experience leading IT teams and managing large-scale projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructures, and emerging technology trends.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills that inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all organizational levels.
• Experience with vendor management and IT procurement processes.
