Kreston Menon is seeking an experienced and quality-driven Senior Audit Manager to join our Dubai office. The role will have a strong focus on audit quality, engagement file reviews, compliance with professional standards, trainings, and team supervision, while also managing client relationships and leading audit engagements across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Ensure audits are performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and IFRS.
• Coordinate with partners and clients to ensure smooth engagement execution.
• Perform detailed review of audit files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm methodology and professional standards.
• Monitor audit quality across engagements and ensure proper documentation of audit evidence.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external quality inspections.
• Supervise, mentor, and train audit teams on technical and quality-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the audit division.
• Contribute to firm-level audit methodology and process improvements.

Requirements

• CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8–12 years of audit experience in Big 4 or reputed audit firms.
• Experience in auditing regulated entities, Financial Institutions including banks and investment funds.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and audit best practices.
• Significant experience in audit file reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in Audit Methodology or Audit Quality Monitoring teams would be an added advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
