Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line user support; install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and business applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests, escalating issues to regional teams or vendors when necessary.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, accounts, licensing, and permissions.
• Support cybersecurity controls, endpoint compliance, multi-factor authentication, conditional access, endpoint security, and incident response.
• Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint management across platforms.
• Support meeting rooms, collaboration technology, executive meetings, presentations, and hybrid events.
• Manage inventories, software licensing, procurement, stock, warranty claims, and device lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, account and access provisioning, device deployment, and IT inductions.
• Support network infrastructure, projects, office moves, business continuity, continuous improvement, and IT documentation.

Experience and technical requirements

• Have 3–5 years in IT support, desktop administration, or IT generalist work in a corporate office; multi-site international business experience is preferred.
• Have served as a primary or sole office IT support presence, or owned end-to-end support in a small team.
• Have production Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Have practical Intune endpoint management experience, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Have experience with conditional access, multi-factor authentication, identity controls, Windows patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Have office audio-visual and video-conferencing support experience, including support for senior executives.
• Have strong Windows 10/11 administration skills and competence supporting macOS and iOS/Android devices.
• Understand identity and access management, cybersecurity tools and concepts, networking fundamentals, and IT service management.
• PowerShell scripting or automation is desirable; clear technical documentation and user guidance are required.

Technical environment

• Microsoft 365 services include Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Endpoint management includes Microsoft Intune, compliance policies, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Security work includes identity controls, EDR, phishing and email security, encryption, DLP, and incident response basics.
• Networking fundamentals include TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.

Workplace
