Job Summary
Manage the company’s online platforms, including InstaShop, Talabat, and WhatsApp Business, while providing office technology support and handling digital customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on InstaShop and Talabat.
- Handle customer queries and complaints through WhatsApp Business and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and improve customer ratings and Google reviews to support brand reputation.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office hardware, including printers, computers, and network devices.
- Coordinate with vendors or technical teams for repairs and maintenance.
- Support smooth daily operations of company IT activities.
- Provide support for system and application issues faced by the team.
- Generate reports on online sales performance, system status, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in IT or e-commerce support roles.
- Strong knowledge of InstaShop and Talabat.
- Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
