Full Cart Group is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled barista to prepare quality beverages and sandwiches and provide customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
- Maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Greet customers and handle their complaints or requests efficiently.
- Follow company policies and food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support day-to-day café operations.
Requirements
- One year of barista experience is required; previous barista or similar-role experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and sandwich making.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work different shifts.
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Dubai is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
- Company-provided food, accommodation, and visa.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, permanent role.
