Overview
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Coordinator to join our Information Technology team.
This role is responsible for supporting the Hotel technology infrastructure and ensuring all systems, networks, hardware, and software operate efficiently to support daily operations.
The IT Coordinator will provide technical support to Warriors, maintain system performance, and assist with technology projects whilst ensuring the highest levels of reliability, security, and user satisfaction across the property.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, responding to IT helpdesk requests and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain hotel technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software across the property
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and user access permissions
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security protocols, including user authentication, data protection, and compliance with information security policies
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical support escalations
- Assist with technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and patches to ensure data integrity and system security
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base resources
- Support user training and onboarding for new technology systems and applications
