IT Coordinator

Role Overview

Infrastructure and Budget

• Lead operational management and future expansion of IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.
• Prepare the annual IT infrastructure budget with the Finance department.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, SLAs, and AMCs.

Network and Disaster Recovery

• Maintain network uptime through redundant ISP connections, SD-WAN architectures, and continuous monitoring.
• Design, document, and test high-availability failover, off-site recovery, and cloud backup procedures.

Global IT and Infrastructure Operations

• Act as the primary liaison with global and division IT teams.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and upgrades of servers, network devices, firewalls, and shared software.
• Ensure secure connectivity and business continuity for local and remote or cloud-based workflows.

Systems Maintenance and Support

• Maintain stability, performance, and uptime across physical and virtual servers, hardware, and core software.
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations and technical troubleshooting for end users.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness training and guidance for employees.

Security and Governance

• Enforce access controls, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection strategies.
• Oversee IT governance, risk management frameworks, and system audit readiness across business units.

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering with at least three years of experience, or an IT degree with at least five years of experience in a similar field.
• IT certification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of spreadsheets and word-processing software.
• Awareness of customer needs.
• Sound oral and written knowledge of English.
• Must be a team player.
