Permanent, full-time IT Business Analyst role supporting business change and technology solutions across property services operations.
Work with operational stakeholders, architects, technical teams and third-party suppliers on workforce management, scheduling, systems integration and digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Understand stakeholder problems, objectives and improvement opportunities; elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria; map processes, systems, integrations and data flows.
- Define API, interface, reporting, data migration and integration requirements; facilitate workshops and build cross-functional relationships.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, implementation and transition into service; coordinate with internal IT and external suppliers.
- Improve business analysis practices and standards.
What we're looking for
- Proven Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience delivering IT and business change projects.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, data flows, SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions; experience across requirements gathering through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing business cases, requirements documentation and process maps; proactive, delivery-focused and analytically strong.
Desirable experience
- Property services, social housing, housing maintenance, facilities management or a similar operational environment experience.
- ERP, workforce management, scheduling or mobile workforce solutions experience.
- Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or Jira, data mapping, migration, SQL or reporting knowledge.
- BCS, IIBA or relevant Business Analysis qualification.
