Experience and skills

• Solid system and process experience is sought.
• Autodesk, Asta PowerProject, and Salesforce experience is desirable.

Key accountabilities

• Provide day-to-day application estate support, including incident and change management, and primary administrative support for business end users.
• Manage application upgrade projects with internal and external parties, coordinate updates, and maintain support records.
• Analyse business-driven change requests and assess business and application impact, effort, and high-level cost.
• Support existing and newly introduced business platforms with the wider IT team.
• Provide and maintain application documentation; process and manage new application requests.
• Liaise with suppliers and support partners, maintain user relationships, and support awareness of software licence management.
