As IT Associate, you will ensure every device, system and account runs smoothly so teams can focus on what matters most.
You will support end-to-end IT operations, working closely with operations, product and engineering teams to keep internal technology reliable, secure and efficient.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Familiarity with identity and access management best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Organised and able to prioritise many requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic, good English.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer the company's internal technology stack and business applications.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, permissions and access reviews.
- Oversee software licences, subscription renewals, IT vendors and IT procurement.
- Track technology assets (laptops, monitors and other equipment) accurately.
- Coordinate device setup, maintenance, repairs and replacements.
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Keep IT documentation, asset records and processes up to date.
- Work with Finance on IT invoices, budgets and procurement.
- Improve internal IT operations through automation and standardisation.
