The role supports company IT needs and maintains CCTV systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot CCTV issues and inspect and test systems and peripherals.
- Provide technical support and training to end users.
- Follow company standards and protocols and prepare service reports with follow-up actions.
- Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency.
- Implement security measures and monitor security certificates and company compliance.
- Support staff with computer troubleshooting and install and update software and hardware.
- Estimate and report costs for replacing or updating computer items.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
