Responsibilities
- Respond to end users by email or telephone with TATSH technical support; keep users informed while resolving issues.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize problems and complaints; analyze issues and formulate resolution plans.
- Use technical resources to solve problems, advise users, and provide customer-focused support.
- Recommend user training, TATSH enhancements, and communication materials based on support requests.
- Participate in training on technologies, procedures, and customer service improvements.
- Follow help desk procedures; log interactions and administer help desk software.
- Redirect or escalate issues as appropriate, including urgent situations; track and route requests and document resolutions.
- Maintain the IT knowledge base with solutions for standard applications; prepare activity reports and stay current on system changes.
Who you are
- At least two years of application support experience.
- Able to work in English; Italian is ideal but not required.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills; able to handle parallel tasks.
- Work effectively with AI, machine learning, data, analytics, and cloud tools, applying data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.
