About This Role
Role Summary
*We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations across the organization.*
Key Responsibilities
- *Manage network infrastructure, VLANs, VPNs, and Cisco devices*
- *Maintain CCTV and security systems*
- *Provide end-user IT support and troubleshooting*
- *Administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and email systems*
- *Manage WordPress website and hosting*
- *Handle IT assets, procurement, and vendor coordination*
- *Oversee backups, NAS (QNAP), and data security*
- *Monitor system performance and reduce downtime*
Requirements
- *Bachelor’s in IT or related field*
- *Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and email systems*
- *Experience with CCTV, NAS, and IT support*
- *Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus*
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- UAE experience in IT: 4 years (Preferred)
