About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot IT, internet, email, and system-related issues
- Maintain IT inventory, backups, and system documentation
- Support network, antivirus, and basic cybersecurity operations
- Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Assist employees with daily IT requirements and system access
- Maintain and update the company website and online content
- Support management of company social media accounts and digital platforms
- Upload company updates, project information, and marketing materials online
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of office IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of website management and social media handling
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
